ABOUT COURTNEY:
Courtney is a 800 hour Registered Yoga Instructor with over a decade of teaching experience, based in Dallas, TX. Courtney took her first yoga class in 2011, as a former gymnast and collegiate runner. In 2012, Courtney took her first 200 hour yoga training, and started teaching shortly after. Since that time, she has studied with various teachers in the US, Bali, Spain, Thailand, Mexico + more.
In 2021, Courtney received her certification in Sound Healing + BreathWork Therapy, along with Paddle Board Yoga + Mat Pilates in 2022. She most recently graduated her third 500 Hour training in May of 2023.
